Product Description
Rogan josh is na aromatic meat dish and one of the signature recipes of Kashmiri cuisine. It is made with red meat, traditionally lamb or goat with a gravy flavoured with garlic, ginger and aromatic spices (cloves, bay leaves, cardamom, and cinnamon). In some versions are also incorporated the onion and yogurt, as the case of this Geeta’s Rogan Josh Medium Sauce. Very seasoned in order to bring the real flavour of India, Gluten free, No artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, Suitable for vegans, Vegetarian Society approved.
Ingredients:
Water, tomatoes (25%), onions (16%), tomato puree concentrate, rapeseed oil, YOGHURT (MILK) (2%), fried onion flakes (palm oil, WHEAT flour, onions, rapeseed oil, salt), sugar, salt, garlic, corn starch, ground coriander, ginger, paprika, ground cumin, tamarind concentrate, turmeric, potato starch, chili powder, rice flour, ground cardamom, lemon juice concentrate, fennel seeds, black pepper, mace, ground fennel, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves, spice extract.

Storage:
Store in a cool and dark place. After opening keep refrigerated and consume within 4 days.
Preparation Suggestion:
Stir fry 340g diced chicken, lamb, prawns or mixed vegetables in oil for 5 minutes.
• Sprinkle over the spice mix and stir fry for a further 1-2 minutes.
• Add sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Increase simmer time if using lamb.
Geeta’s Tip: Delicious cooked with lamb & served with brown pullao rice &fresh coriander.
