The “I Condiment del Borgo” condiments, are produced from acidified grape-must concentrated by evaporation, aged in oak barrels. They are made with the same loving care devoted to the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia D.O.P.
The Il Condiment Del Borgo – Yellow Label is medium-aged and has mature aromas with lasting sweetness.

Cooked grape must, wine vinegar.

Contains SULPHITES.
Usage Suggestions:
Suitable for pasta salads, vegetable sauces and risotto. Perfect with meat and grilled vegetables.
