The “I Condiment del Borgo” condiments, are produced from acidified grape-must concentrated by evaporation and aged in oak barrels. They are made with the same loving care devoted to the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia D.O.P.
The Il Condiment Del Borgo – Cylinder red Label is the most precious of the production range. Aged in oak barrels for some years to acquire a wealth of aromas and fragrances.
Its elegant design makes it the ideal gift to surprise the greatest gourmand.
