The “I Condiment del Borgo” condiments, are produced from acidified grape-must concentrated by evaporation and aged in oak barrels. They are made with the same loving care devoted to the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia D.O.P.
The Il Condiment Del Borgo – red Label is the most precious of the production range. Aged in oak barrels for long years to acquire a wealth of aromas and fragrances.
We recommend you not to cook it.
