Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP is made using age-old craft techniques. Produced from acidified grape-must concentrated by evaporation and aged in oak barrels for some years. They are made with the same loving care devoted to the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia D.O.P.
The most prized of Il Borgo Modena range, Red Label Balsamic Vinegar is slowly aged in oak casks. Its full, mellow flavour blends sweet and sour tastes superbly.

Preparation Suggestion:
We recommend you not to cook it.
Usage Suggestions:
Is recommended for those special dishes, with fresh strawberries, ice-cream or Parmesan cheese.
