This Italian-made whole-wheat spaghetti has a gorgeous texture and subtle, nutty-sweet taste. If everyone needs a packet of Spaghetti in the cupboard – why not make it a whole-wheat version? It’s such a simple way to bump up the nutrition of everyday meals, and it’ll add a lovely, nutty flavour, too. Use it wherever you’d normally go for white-flour pasta for a super-simple nutrition – and flavour – boost.

Tip: For best results, aim to use around 1 litre of water for each 80g serving of pasta.
Use the same way you use Durum wheat spaghetti. Try it as the base of a Carbonara or your favourite pasta dish
