This is a rustic sauce made with tomato, ripe aubergines and olives and has a lovely chunky consistency. Each jar contains the ideal for 4 servings.
Ingredients:
Tomatoes (71%) (contains acidity regulator: citric acid), aubergine (7,5%), water, black olive (5%), tomato concentrate (4,3%), olive oil (2%), sunflower oil, basil (1%), garlic (1%), salt, chilli pepper, acidity regulator: lactic acid.

Also may contain nuts, milk, eggs, celery, fish.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened refrigerate and consume within 5 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Just heat and toss through freshly cooked
pasta.
