Ingredients:
Duck mousse – duck liver and fat (74%), water, CREAM (MILK), glucose, salt, nutmeg, preservative: sodium nitrate; Goose terrine with Colombelle wine – Goose meat (27%), duck fat, poultry liver, pork liver, EGG, Colombelle wine (3%), salt, spices.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 3 days.
Usage Suggestions:
Serve on fresh or grilled bread, or brioche bread or on a salad.
