Abel 1898 Organic Oils are produced organically and certified according to the laws of the European community.
\nAbel 1898 Organic Virgin Linseed Oil is predominantly composed of Omegas 3. It has a delicate golden colour that develops a pleasant, sweet taste in the mouth, with a slight nutty aftertaste. Being very delicate, it is an oil that cannot withstand high temperatures and should be consumed raw, without exception. It’s perfect in a vinaigrette and can be used to flavour fish tartar, vegetables or rice.<\/p>\n
