This Rigatoni is produced using a bronze nozzle and dried more slowly than other pasta. This results in a better flavor and a better texture when the pasta is prepared \u201cAl Dente\u201d. Only natural ingredients are used for the 5 colors. The pasta owes its colors to: black carrot, beetroot, rosemary, turmeric, and standard pasta. The pasta is made from 100% Italian durum wheat.<\/p>\n
