It is prepared with a rich base of selected chickpeas, sesame paste (tahini), olive oil, and a smooth blend of spices and aromatics. It has a very velvety, unctuous profile and a creamy texture ideal for sharing. It is sold in a 200g glass jar, which better preserves the product’s freshness compared to common plastic packaging.<\/p>\n
