Abel 1898 Organic Virgin Linseed Oil is predominantly composed of Omegas 3. It has a delicate golden colour that develops a pleasant, sweet taste in the mouth, with a slight nutty aftertaste. Being very delicate, it is an oil that cannot withstand high temperatures and should be consumed raw, without exception. It’s perfect in a vinaigrette and can be used to flavour fish tartar, vegetables or rice.
