Commonly known as cantucci or cantuccini, plate biscuits are part of the traditional Tuscan confectionery. They complement a meal perfectly with a splash of Vinsanto wine, another fortified wine or coffee.
Crunchy and crumbly with lots of dark chocolate chips in the dough. Delicious on its own as a snack or after lunch with a coffee.
Ingredients:
