Vichyssoise is a classic French soup prepared with leek and potato puree, combined with crème fraîche and seasoned with chopped chives.
This Vichyssoise soup is made without the addition of dyes or preservatives and from purely natural ingredients. It is ready to be served and only needs to be heated.
