Product Description
The black Sicilian pig was introduced by the Greeks and to this day it enriches the cuisine as a special Sunday meal. This rich sugo with sausage made from its meat, seasoned with fennel seeds and cooked in a tomato sauce with bay leaves, is a comfort meal mixed with a good pasta.
Ingredients:
Tomato sauce 86%, pork sausage 9% (pork 97%, salt, fennel seeds, chili powder), extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, onion, bay leaf, wild fennel seeds, black pepper, acidifier: citric acid.
Allergens:
May contain traces of celery, pistachios, almonds, fish, and milk.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within a few days.
