Product Description
The Durum Company’s Tortilla Dürüm is a flatbread made from high-quality wheat flour, produced in the Netherlands by the Durum Company. It is specially designed to be extremely soft, flexible, and easy to roll, ensuring that the dough does not crack or break even when filled with very large or hot fillings. Although the term “tortilla” has Mexican origins, this “Dürüm” version is adapted with a texture ideal for making Middle Eastern-style wraps (such as Kebab, Shawarma, or Falafel), and also works perfectly for Burritos and Fajitas.

WHEAT flour (63%), water, rapeseed oil, humectant (glycerol), palm fat, sugar, salt, raising agents (E450i, E500ii), acidity regulator (E296), emulsifier (E471), stabilisers (E412, E466), preservatives (E202, E282).
