Summer Truffles, as the name suggests, are harvested in summer between May and August. They are often found in the Mediterranean climate areas of France, Italy and Spain.
Practical and ready to use, truffle slices are preserved in olive oil. Place directly on top after preparation and enjoy your olive oil as a sauce.
Ingredients:
60% Summer Truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), 39% Extra virgin olive oil, 0,6% Aroma, 0,4% Salt.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat.
Usage Suggestions:
Serve sliced directly on plates (cold or hot dishes). The oil in the jar can be used as seasoning.
