– Gascony Pork Terrine with Truffle Juice (1%): Flavored with truffle juice, this pure pork terrine reveals its flavors in a traditional recipe, combining simplicity and refinement for the greatest pleasure of gourmets.
– Goose Terrine with Pear and Truffle Juice (1%): This terrine can be a great starter for your guests or as a prelude to a dinner for two: it is a delicious combination of goose, turkey and truffle! With 1% truffle it is the most refined and subtle starter you can serve.
– Stag Terrine with Armagnac: Made from noble venison that is delicately enhanced with a dash of Armagnac, one of the oldest brandies.

Goose terrine, pear and truffle juice (1%): EU goose meat (25%), EU pork throat, pork fat, chicken liver, pear (5%), EGG, salt, brumale truffle juice (1%), black trumpet mushrooms, pepper.
Deer terrine with Armagnac: Deer meat (25%), pork fat (23%), pork throat from the EU (16%), pork liver (13%), pork meat from the EU (12%), Armagnac (2%), salt, spices.
