Product Description
A classic mint sauce that strikes the right balance between sweet and spicy, due to the addition of barley vinegar which has a milder flavor.
The Mint Sauce is traditionally an accompaniment to roast lamb, we also recommend using it in vinaigrette with roasted courgette, added to natural yogurt.
Ingredients:
Water, Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Malt Vinegar (BARLEY), Dried Mint
(9.6%), Salt, Thickener (Modified Starch), Acidity Regulator (Acetic Acid), Stabiliser (Guar Gum).
