Pheasant terrine with grapes – a refined pheasant terrine, fruity and very fragrant. The small sultanas that decorate it give a subtle taste and also provide a beautiful colour to the terrine.
Ingredients:
Pheasant meat (25%), pork jowl origin EU (21%), pork fat (19%), chicken liver (19%), EGG, raisins (4%: raisins, cottonseed oil), salt, white wine, pepper.

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated between 0ºC and +4ºC and consume within 3 days. Best served chilled.
