The box contains:
– Gascony Pork Terrine with Truffle Juice (1%): Flavored with truffle juice, this pure pork terrine reveals its flavors in a traditional recipe, combining simplicity and refinement for the greatest pleasure of gourmets.
– Goose Terrine with Pear and Truffle Juice (1%): This terrine can be a great starter for your guests or as a prelude to a dinner for two: it is a delicious combination of goose, turkey and truffle! With 1% truffle it is the most refined and subtle starter you can serve.
– Stag Terrine with Armagnac: Made from noble venison that is delicately enhanced with a dash of Armagnac, one of the oldest brandies.
– A Board to present the prodcuts at the Table.

Venison Terrine with Armagnac – Venison meat EU/non-EU (25%), pork fat, pork jowl (origin: France), pork liver, lean pork meat (origin: France), water, Armagnac (2%), salt, spices.
Sardine and Piquillo Pepper Terrine – Sardine (38%) (FISH), cream (MILK), potato, piquillo peppers (9.5%) (piquillo peppers, water, sugar, salt, acidifier: citric acid, firming agent: calcium chloride), salt, garlic purée, pepper.
Pork Terrine – Pork meat (87.6%) (jowl, liver, fat, rind), carrot, onion, salt, spices. Meat origin: France.
Turkey and Chestnut Terrine – Turkey meat of EU origin (25%), pork fat, pork jowl of French origin, chicken liver, chestnuts of EU/non-EU origin (8%), EGG, white wine, salt, shallot purée, spices.
Pheasant Terrine with Raisins – Pheasant meat (25%), pork jowl of EU origin (21%), pork fat (19%), chicken liver (19%), EGG, raisins (4%: dried grapes, cottonseed vegetable oil), salt, white wine, pepper.
Gascony Pork Terrine with Prunes – Pork of EU origin (71%) (jowl, liver, fat), chicken liver, EGG, prunes of French origin (5%), Armagnac, salt, pepper.
Wild Boar Terrine with Cranberries – Wild boar meat of EU origin (25%), pork fat, pork meat of EU origin, pork jowl of EU origin, pork liver, cranberries (3%), salt, Armagnac, shallot purée (shallot, acidifier: citric acid, preservative: sodium metabisulphite), spices.
Duck and Orange Terrine – Duck (52%) (trimmings, duck meat of French origin), chicken liver, EGG, water, orange zest (4%), salt, beef gelatine, pepper.
Storage:
Once opened, store refrigerated between 0°C and +4°C and consume within 3 days. Best served chilled.
