Penne with Kale Pesto and Goat Cheese

A simple and quick recipe perfect for summer days.

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the penne “al dente” in a pan with plenty of water and a little salt.
  2. Once cooked, drain and place the penne in a salad bowl.
  3. Add the Kale pesto and gently toss.
  4. Sprinkle with the goat cheese, break into pieces, and serve immediately.
