Did you know that black olives are made, by putting green olives through an oxidation process?
The olives are washed and placed in the air stream air for approximately 24 hrs to oxidise the polyphenols the olives contains. This process turn green olives in black ones.
Use: Pitted, this olives are easy to use on salads, pizzas, pastas, bruschettas and pie fillings. Ideal for kids.
