Azais-Polito is a brand of artisanal canned ready-made fish dishes, is now known and recognised for the quality of its products.
This soup is prepared from selected fish, originating from artisanal fishing, and processed less than 24 hours after fishing. This raceita has been kept without additives or preservatives since its creation by Tantine Lisette.
Ingredients:
Water, FISH 30%, Onion, CRUSTACEANS 5%, Concentrated Tomato, Carrot, Leek, White wine, Salt, Extra virgin olive oil, Pastis, Garlic, Turmeric, Fennel and Pepper.

Store at room temperature.
Preparation Suggestion:
Pour the contents of the jar into a saucepan and heat. Serve in a soup tureen accompanied by our Garlic Croutons topped with our Sétoise Rouille with fresh eggs and grated cheese.
