Penne with Pesto Rosso and Tuna Ventresca

A simple, tasty and easy to make recipe.

Preparation Method

  1. Cook the pasta in a pan of boiling water with plenty of salt.
  2. Heat a frying pan with 1 drizzle of olive oil and the garlic cloves, crushed with a crusher, and the sliced chilli.
  3. Add the pesto rosso.
  4. Then add the cooked and barely drained pasta.
  5. Toss everything together and serve with the ventresca on top.
  6. Finish with a sprinkling of chopped chilli.
