Tuna Salad with Pineapple Sauce and Croutons

Bring a sea of flavour to your table with a simple tuna salad with a delicious pineapple sauce. A fresh dish, to which you should add croutons and pine nuts to taste. This salad will make your everyday life easier and so good.

  1. Drain the tuna fillets and, with a fork, break them into large flakes. Set aside.
  2. Cut the peppers into strips and the peach into segments. Set aside.
  3. Arrange the lettuce mixture in a salad bowl, add the pepper strips and peach segments.
  4. Place the diced pineapple slices in the food processor, add the olive oil, salt, mustard, thyme leaves (set some aside) and blend.
  5. Drizzle the salad with this dressing and mix well.
  6. Arrange the tuna slices on top and sprinkle with the reserved thyme leaves, the pine nuts, previously toasted, the croutons and serve immediately.
