Preserved in Olive oil and lightly seasoned with salt for na incredible experience at the time of tasting. It is presented in na elegant jar which will distinguishes itself at the table.
Caught in the Atlantic waters with hook and line, through a century-old traditional fishing art known as “jump and pole” fishing, being the only fishing method to be considered Dolphin Safe and environmentally sustainable. Afterwards, the tuna is cooked in brine, according to the tradition of the old cannery on the island of São Jorge. The result is a tuna with na unrivalled flavour and texture.
