Chef’s World Udon Noodles are traditional wheat based Japanese noodles that are ideal in stir frys, salads and soups.
Ready in 3 minutes they are ideal for soups and Stir Fry. Loosen noodles and add to your favourite stir fry and heat through.
For soup preparation boil a cup and a half water in a pan. Add udon noodles and cook for 3 minutes. Add desired meat, vegetables and seasoning then serve.
Ingredients:
WHEAT flour (64%), water, modified tapioca starch (E1442), salt, acidity regulators (E270, E260, E575, E296), GLUTEN, thickener (E405).

Preparation Suggestion:
