This pesto looks very good on potato salads. Add a little pesto to cooked potatoes while they are still warm so that they absorb the aroma and leave to cool.
Pesto is an authentic Italian blend of dried fruit and basil, this version is enriched with delicious Parmesan cheese, garlic, pine nuts and olive oil.
