Product Description
A traditional Mediterranean-inspired appetizer spread or paste, produced in Tunisia by the company SUNANTIPASTI. It stands out for its use of select ingredients to recreate the authentic, creamy recipe of the Middle East and North Africa.
It is prepared with a rich base of selected chickpeas, sesame paste (tahini), olive oil, and a smooth blend of spices and aromatics. It has a very velvety, unctuous profile and a creamy texture ideal for sharing. It is sold in a 200g glass jar, which better preserves the product’s freshness compared to common plastic packaging.
Ingredients:
Chickpeas, tahini sauce (SESAME), sunflower oil, water, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, coriander, paprika, cumin, turmeric, pepper.
