Summer Truffles, as the name suggests, are harvested in the summer between May and August. They are often found in the Mediterranean climate areas of France, Italy and Spain.

Storage:
Keep in a cool and dry place. Refrigerate after opening (+4°C) and use within 7 days.

Ideal to dress warm dishes, to prepare tasty canapés or delicious dressing.
