Psidium Jam from Quintal dos Açores, produced the old-fashioned way with raw material from the Azores.
Psidium is a small, rounded fruit, with seeds, whose pulp varies in color according to the species, predominantly orange and light yellow. It has whitish, orange or light yellow pulp, depending on the species and its flavor is characteristic and is similar to guava, being more acidic and with a stronger aroma.
Founded in 1997 by Fernando Sousa and Helena Sousa, the company Quintal dos Açores produces and sells taste and tradition using homemade recipes that have been in the family for many years.
