Never mind Grace, this mayonnaise is amazing!
We’ve taken time, and great care to create a mayonnaise that we can be proud of. It’s made in small batches in our nut-free factory, using free range eggs, natural oil and a little mustard.
With no artificial colours or flavours it’s all you need to add to a sandwich, a salad or a jacket potato.
The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves there since 1885. They grow a wide range of traditional English fruits and use them to make conserves and condiments in their nut-free factory by the farm.
Ingredients:
Rapeseed oil (77%), whole free-range hen EGGS, EGG yolk (12%), white vinegar, sugar, sea salt, MUSTARD flour, water, concentrated lemon juice, antioxidant: calcium disodium.

Storage:
Optimal storage temperature: 15-25°C. Do not exceed 40°C. Once opened, consume immediately. Do not freeze.
