X.O’s Tom Yum paste is a spicy mix of dry red chilli, tamarind juice and fresh Thai spices. The paste has characteristic spicy and sour flavors. Combine with mushrooms and prawns to prepare a delicious spicy and sour Thai soup “Tom Yum Kung”.
