Hazelnut Cream Iced Cake with Chocolates

A cake that will delight everyone at the table.

Ingredients

  • 400 g chocolate puffed rice
  • 120 g butter
  • 400 gr crème fraîche
  • 500 g hazelnut cream
  • 10 bonbons

Preparation Method

  1. Place the puffed rice and melted butter in a food processor. Mix in order to obtain a crispy dough.
  2. Place the mixture in the bottom of a baking tin lined with baking paper, press, and chill for 20 minutes.
  3. Whip the crème fraîche with 4 tablespoons of hazelnut cream until firm.
  4. Place it in the mold and add 300 g of hazelnut cream in a zigzag pattern.
  5. Put it in the freezer for 3 hours.
  6. Remove the ice cream from the mold, pour the remaining melted hazelnut cream on top and decorate with the bonbons and chopped hazelnuts.
  7. Serve immediately.
