Rose Petals Ice Cream

This ice cream is creamy and doesn’t harden or form ice crystals after several days in the freezer.


  • 2 cups of goat's milk yoghurt
  • 1 cup rose petal jelly
  • 10 ml of Vodka

Preparation Method

  1. In a bowl stir together the goat’s milk yogurt, a cup of rose petal jelly, and the Vodka.
  2. Place in the freezer and leave for 3 hours.
