All you need is cherry tomatoes cut in half, mozzarella balls, pesto sauce, avocados, to make an exceptional starter.
Ingredients

3 tablespoons of Olive Oil

2 avocados

200gr of mini mozzarella
-
10 basil leaves

2 tablespoons of pesto
Preparation Method
- Cut the avocados in half. Remove the pit and rind. Reserve.
- Place the mini mozzarella, the halved tomato, the basil and the pesto in a bowl and mix.
- Stuff the avocados with the tomato mixture.
- Finish by basting with Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.
