Delouis Dressing with Dijon Mustard and Honey is a classic vinaigrette that will satisfy any salad lover. It has gentle heat from the Dijon mustard and a pleasing tang from vinegar and lemon juice. Drizzle it over crisp leafy salads and bring the flavours of France to your dinner table. This traditional French dressing can also be used to dress a platter of chargrilled Mediterranean vegetables to serve with rotisserie chicken.
Ingredients:
Water, sunflower oil (30%), honey (8%), l’Ancienne MUSTARD (8%) (cider vinegar, MUSTARD seeds, water, salt), EGG yolk, Dijon MUSTARD (4%) (MUSTARD seeds, alcohol vinegar, water, salt), white wine vinegar, sugar, lemon juice concentrated, salt, corn starch, thickener : xanthan gum, acidifying : citric acid.
