Scallops on the Grill

A quick and easy snack.

Ingredients

Preparation Method

  1. Peel and crush the garlic cloves and finely chop about ten sprigs of fresh parsley.
  2. Mix the scallops with the chopped parsley, garlic, and cider vinegar.
  3. Fry the scallops on an oiled griddle for about 3 minutes on each side.
  4. Toast the slices of bread.
  5. Place the scallops on the slices of bread and drizzle with rapeseed oil.
