El Silencio Cabernet Sauvignon Red Wine Vinegar has an elegant dark cherry red color with slight brown reflections.
On the nose it stands out for its aromatic intensity and fine acetic notes. It is generous and persistent on the palate, with very broad notes and a good balance between sweet and acidic.
To preserve the properties of this vinegar, only a light filtration is carried out, and natural sediments may appear in the bottle. Natural acidity 6º.
