After being careful washed and soaked in water and salt, the olives are pitted and transformed into a smooth, flavourful spread. Using traditional methods and combining the olive pulp with fresh, organic ingredients like parsley and chili, BioOrti has created a rich, authentic pate that captures the soul of Puglia.
Olive pate is a versatile preparation full of character, often used as an entrée or spread, a simple way to bring genuine Mediterranean flavour to your table.
Ingredients:
Organic Pitted olives (64.4%), organic extra virgin olive oil, organic sunflower seed oil, organic pumpkin seeds (6.4%), organic garlic, organic parsley, organic chili pepper, acidity regulators: lactic acid, citric acid. May contain pits or pit fragments.
Storage:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat, and away from sunlight. After opening, refrigerate and consume within 4 days.
Usage Suggestions:
It pairs beautifully with rustic bread, cold cuts, raw vegetables, or aged cheeses.
