Product Description
BioOrto IGP Puglia is crafted in the Tavoliere delle Puglie from a blend of two cultivar: Peranzana and Ogliarola olives grown in organic groves. Peranzana gives structure and freshness, with hints of green tomato and almond, while Ogliarola adds smoothness and balance, with a gentle, fruity profile. Together they create an oil that is harmonious and versatile, offering a refined balance of fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency — perfect for both everyday use and fine cuisine. Cold-extracted and IGP certified, it embodies the authenticity of Puglia and BioOrto’s commitment to genuine excellence deeply rooted in its land.
The new BioOrto bottle is a tribute to Puglia. In its shape lies the BioOrto identity: clean, genuine, rooted in tradition yet looking ahead — a mark of time that does not diminish quality, but preserves it.
