Product Description
Coconut oil is balanced, subtle and deodorised, i.e. it has no coconut odour, which allows all preparations to bring all the benefits without the aroma being noticeable. It has a frozen appearance (around 28°C), the paste is clear and pearly. It is stable at high temperatures and can be used frequently in all savoury and sweet preparations.

Usage Suggestions:
It is an excellent oil for frying and its maximum temperature is 180º C.
It can be used in vinaigrettes (it should be heated slightly to facilitate mixing), as well as for seasoning steamed vegetables or poultry, fish and seafood. Ideal for cooking your meat and fish, it can also be used to make sweets and sweet preparations.
