Bio Orto is located in the heart of the Gargano National Park in Puglia. This area is also known for its tradition with olive oil, so Bio Orto, produces organic extra virgin olive oil: it follows a strictly controlled process in all its stages to obtain a high quality oil.
This olive oil is monovarietal Coratina, is cold extracted and has a light golden yellow colour with a slightly greenish tinge. In the mouth it is pleasantly smooth, with a velvety note, with balanced tones of bitter and spicy, and is a fruity oil, with personality but without excesses. It is ideal for use with steamed vegetables, salads and soups.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Superior category olive oil obtain directly from olives and solely by mechanical means. Cold extraction.
Storage:
Store in a cool and dark place.
Usage Suggestions:
Ideal to use raw, especially to add to vegetable soups, salads and bruschettas.
