A refined version of a classic gingerbread biscuit. The recipe includes crushed and chunked ginger in the biscuit dough and grated ginger as a topping, which after baking becomes crunchy and light.

Butter (28%) (MILK, Salt), Sugar, WHEAT Flour (Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Flaked OATS, Ginger Shavings (6.3%) (Stem Ginger, Sugar, Water), Ground Ginger (1.6%), Raising Agents: (Sodium Bicarbonate, Disodium Diphosphate, Rice Flour), Mixed Spice (Coriander, Cinnamon, Ginger, Cardamom, Fennel, Cloves, Nutmeg).
