Product Description
Hummus, or 100% natural chickpea paste, with a touch of curry powder. It is ideal as a spread or as a snack with vegetables or grissini. You can also add it to other dishes such as pasta and salads.
It is a Middle Eastern sauce made from cooked and mashed chickpeas mixed with tahine, lemon juice and garlic. The standard garnish in the Middle East includes olive oil, some whole chickpeas, parsley and paprika.
