Product Description
This Rigatoni is produced using a bronze nozzle and dried more slowly than other pasta. This results in a better flavor and a better texture when the pasta is prepared “Al Dente”. Only natural ingredients are used for the 5 colors. The pasta owes its colors to: black carrot, beetroot, rosemary, turmeric, and standard pasta. The pasta is made from 100% Italian durum wheat.

WHEAT Durum semolina, dehydrated black carrot (0.8%), dehydrated rosemary (0.4%), dehydrated red beet (0.2%), dehydrated turmeric.

Cook the pasta al dente for 8/10 minutes.
