Enso provides you with a handy Kit that includes all the ingredients needed ( except the fresh ones) to make 25 “MAKI” Sushi in your house.
This Sushi Kit contains:
Rice vinegar 30g (1 sachet)
Nori seaweed 4 x sheets
Wasabi paste 6g (1 sachet)
Soy sauce 20g (2 sachets)
Sushi ginger 8g (1 sachet)
Bamboo sushi rolling mat(x1)
Chopsticks (2 pairs)
Ingredients:
250g rice, 30g rice vinegar [water, rice vinegar (20%) (water, rice), salt, sugar], 20g SOY sauce (water, SOYBEANS (15.5%), WHEAT, salt, sugar), 11.2g nori sheets, 8g ginger [ginger 79.5%, water, sugar, salt, vinegar, sweeteners (E473, E955), acidity regulator (acetic acid, citric acid), preservative: potassium sorbate], 6g wasabi paste [horseradish (34%), sweetener E420, water, rice oil, salt, potato starch, wasabi Japonica (2.5%), MUSTARD extract, acidity regulator: citric acid, turmeric, colour (E133)].

Storage:
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, consume immediately.
Preparation Suggestion:
• Place the rice bags in boiling salted water and cook for about 20 minutes. Remove from the bag and drain well. Allow to cool.
• Add the rice vinegar and mix well.
• Cut 100g of raw salmon into thin strips.
• Cut 3 Surimi sticks.
• Cut ½ Cucumber into Sticks.
• Cut ½ Avocado into thin strips.
• Place a sheet of nori seaweed on the bamboo mat. Place ¼ of the rice in the center of the leaf.
• Spread evenly to cover the nori seaweed, leaving a 2 cm margin at both ends.
• Spread the mayonnaise. Add salmon, surimi, avocado and cucumber.
• Wrap the nori seaweed carefully and evenly around the filling, using the mat to help shape it.
• Seal the roller by moistening the end with a little water.
• Cut each roll into 6 to 8 pieces.
• Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and ginger.
