Product Description
The name is the past participle of the verb “Pestare”, which means “to crush”, in reference to the original method of preparation, which according to tradition, the ingredients are “crushed” or ground in a marble mortar through a circular motion with a wooden pestle . Pesto is an Italian sauce, originating in Genoa and although the basis of its recipe is fixed, it can be made with various ingredients.
Ingredients:
Olive oil, Genoese basil PDO (14%), GRANA PADANO PDO (MILK, salt, rennet, preservative: lysozyme of EGG), CASHEW NUTS, extra virgin olive oil, salt, vegetable fibers, pine nuts, aroma, acidity regulator: lactic acid, garlic, antioxidant: ascorbic acid ,preservative: sorbic acid.

Keep in a cool and dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2/3 days.
