Caramelized Chicken Wings with Soy and Chili


Do you like chicken wings? They are delicious and with a very special flavor of soy sauce and chili.


Preparation Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the chicken wings on a shallow oven tray and bake for 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the sauce with the remaining ingredients mixed together.
  3. Take the chicken wings out of the oven, drizzle with the sauce and mix well until they are evenly coated with sauce.
  4. Bake for a further 15-20 minutes until the chicken wings are sticky and cooked through. In this step, turn every 5 minutes so the sugar doesn’t burn and the wings are evenly coated with sauce.
  5. Remove from the oven and place on a platter, remove the rest of the sauce from the oven tray and brush the top of the chicken wings with the sauce.
  6. Allow to cool a little before serving. Sprinkle with a little chilli. Sprinkle the chicken wings with the juice of the sautéed lemons and serve.
